2. Complaints and Dissatisfaction with Service

In case of dissatisfaction with the service, it is our intention to accommodate the client as best as possible by offering an alternative or more suitable service to meet their needs. Every complaint from the client will be thoroughly investigated, considering all circumstances, and will be resolved within the complaint period. The goal is to provide the highest quality service. If the matchmaking process has already started, it is too late for cancellation due to the involvement of a team of people and contacting candidates interested in dating.

3. The Importance of Interpersonal Relationships

Match Makers United respects interpersonal relationships, and the relationship between the client and the service provider is highly valued due to its personal and human influence. Our goal is to work with the client and fully support their search for an ideal partner. However, Match Makers United cannot fully guarantee 100% success because the final relationship is always dependent on the interaction between the client and the third party (partner) involved in the matchmaking process.

It is important to consider that the matchmaking process is complex and demanding, with the provider bearing responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of the entire process. If a candidate or client ceases communication for any reason, the process will be recorded and paused until communication is resumed to avoid disrupting the process.

If communication is completely halted by the client, the matchmaking process will be stopped. The communication period is always set at the beginning of the process based on the anticipated interaction time. If the client does not respond to communication for more than one month, the service may be frozen based on an evaluation by the entire team involved in the process.Make it stand out.
